A Christ-centered group experience for healing, growth, and lasting change.

Are you ready to finally break free from old patterns that keep sabotaging your relationships and sense of self?

The Women’s Skills Workshop is a 12 to 15-week curriculum-based journey designed to help you heal from the inside out. Rooted in God’s Word and the Restoration Therapy model (Pain & Peace Cycle), this group is for women who are ready to renew their mind, restore their identity in Christ, and relate to others with grace, truth, and confidence.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t just another Bible study or support group.

It’s a holistic, therapeutic, and spiritually grounded workshop—blending the most effective tools from counseling, ministry, and coaching, led by a certified Life Coach with clinical experience.

You’ll walk away with:

Their foundational work introduced the Pain and Peace Cycle—core concepts and techniques that guide this curriculum-based program. Their contribution has shaped a powerful therapeutic and discipleship approach that equips women to heal from relational wounds and live grounded in their true identity in Christ.
